New
Mexico STARS State Report Program
IMPORTANT:
You must be using either:
-- Administrator's Plus Version
4.6.21.01
-- Administrator's Plus Version
5.0.21.01
The
New Mexico
STARS State Report program creates State Report files from student
and staff data in Administrator's Plus. These files
are then submitted electronically to the State PED.
Suggestion: Download
and read the
New Mexico State Report
User
Manual first.

Downloading Instructions:

• |
Click on DOWNLOAD above. |
Look for this
ICON on your desktop |
|
• |
In the File Download window click on
Save. |
|
• |
In the Save As window
Save In: Desktop then click on
Save.
Use the default File
Name |
|
• |
In the Download Complete window, click on the
Close
button. |
|
• |
After the download is complete close all
windows. |

• |
Find the NM State Report Icon on
your
desktop
(View icon to right) and double click on it. |
|
• |
Follow the instructions to
copy the State Report program Icon
into Administrator's Plus. |

Downloading Instructions:

Create a folder into which you will download the
manual. Example: NM-State Report User
Manual. |

Click
on DOWNLOAD above. |

In
the Save As window Save In:
NM-State Report User Manual. Then click on
Save. Use the default File Name. |

In
the Download Complete window, click on
the Close button. |

• |
After the download is complete close all
windows. |

Open
the NM - StateReport_UserManual_yyyy-mm-dd.pdf
with Microsoft Word. |
