New York State Report Program

Suggestion: Download and read the NY- State Report User Manual first.

Downloading Instructions:

• Click on DOWNLOAD above.

Look for this
ICON on your desktop

• In the File Download window click on Save.

• In the Save As window Save In: Desktop then click on Save. Use the default File Name

• In the Download Complete window click on the Close button. After the download is complete close all windows

• Find the NY State Report Icon on your desktop (View icon to right) and double click on it.

• Follow the instructions to copy the State Report program Icon into Administrator's Plus.

Note for Schools new with the State Report Module: Rename the Configuration File to SRNY.fut then copy to your school year folder.

Note for Schools with existing State Report Module: 1) Rename the existing Configuration File found in the school year folder to "SRNYold.fut" or "SRNewYorkold.fut". 2) Rename the downloaded configuration file to "SRNY.fut" or "SRNew York.fut" and copy to your school year folder.

The NY State Report User Manual describes how to setup Administrator's Plus, what data to collect and how to run the NY State Report Program.
