The Course Requests export only includes relevant courses by default.
Prior to this update, the Course Requests export included all courses on the course request form, whether a student, parent, or reviewer did or did not select and/or comment on the course. This led to the generation of a much larger file than necessary, as well as the need for the user to filter the spreadsheet on multiple columns to see which courses were selected and/or commented on by students, parents, or reviewers.
Now, the export will contain only the courses which have at least one selection or comment by a student, a parent, or reviewer. If it is necessary to see all courses in the export, select the Include courses with no selections or comments option before generating the export.
Note: This option's check box is clear by default.
The Course Requests export includes the date the form was submitted.
The addition of this field will be helpful for schools that approve requests in waves and give priority to students that submitted their forms earlier.
Prior to this update, the Course Requests and Course Form Status exports needed to be generated and compared/merged to accomplish this.
