Hotel Information

The Springfield Marriott Hotel

Rediker Software Summer 2008 Training Workshop registrants often stay at the Springfield Marriott Hotel. The beautiful Marriott Hotel features 265 guest rooms, each equipped with remote-control TV, phones with voice mail, multiple data ports, coffee maker, hairdryer and iron/ ironing board. Many of the city's attractions are located within walking distance from the hotel, including the Basketball Hall of Fame. With fellow educators from around the world attending the Spring Training Conference, enjoy the opportunity to meet with colleagues to exchange ideas over dinner in one of Springfield's many fine restaurants and cafes. For relaxation after workshop hours, relax in the hotel's pool and health club.

Reservations

How to Make Hotel Reservations

Rediker Software workshop registrants will make their own hotel reservations with the Springfield Marriott. To reserve a room, call the Marriott at 800-228-9290 and ask for the Rediker Software block rate. If faxing reservations, fax reservation dates to (413) 731-6939 and request the Rediker block rate.

•	Attendees can register for sleeping rooms via the Marriot web site. A group code is required and that code is REJREJA for the July sessions and REAREAA for the August sessions.
•	The cut-off date for the Rediker block rate of $119 is July 1st for the first session and July 18th for the second session. After that rates increase.
•	You are responsible for making, changing, or canceling your reservations.

Rediker Block Room Rates Hotel Parking Fees

Block rate: $119/night. Ends July 18th, 2008.

After July 17th, rates increase.

Parking: $5 a day for day only parking.

Parking: $13 per day for overnight guests.
